About Summer McCormick

Summer grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina, before moving to Raleigh to attend Peace College and later North Carolina State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management. After beginning her career in the hotel and resort industry in Charleston, South Carolina, Summer returned to the Triangle 14 years ago and has proudly called it home ever since.

With a strong background in hospitality, including years in catering sales and venue management, Summer brings a client-focused mindset and attention to detail into her real estate career. She is passionate about helping clients navigate every step of the process, taking the time to understand their unique needs and ensuring a smooth, personalized experience from start to finish.


Outside of work, Summer enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She is an avid gardener, an active member of the YMCA, and loves spending time on or near the water—whether at the lake or the beach. She also has a passion for traveling and exploring all that North Carolina has to offer. In her downtime, you can find her visiting the coast with her husband, Chip, trying new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, or working on her golf game.
